Before you know it, the new season is upon us!
It has been a busy summer since the season officially ended back in April. The juniors continued to train until May and then Summer Hockey took over along with some very successful hockey camps run by Grant Ward.
Now we have pre-season training, and it seems hockey has never been away.
That’s not to say we have been idle. Since the AGM in June the committee has been working hard to ensure this season gets off to a flying start – you can now pay your subs / join, all on TEAMO it's very easy and simple and will make admin so much easier for everyone.
In other news, we've launched a new website that's tied into Teamo. It will become the go-to place for club information and live team selections, fixtures and results. Early days at the moment - read more.
We've also created a dedicated area on the new website detailing our exciting plans to upgrade the club house. Read more about our SWHC Club House Appeal.
And one last thing, the Club has been invited to become a Talent Centre for English Hockey - read more about it here.
