England Hockey have just announced that they would like SWHC to become a Talent Centre. Their letter advises:
We are delighted to let you know that we would like to offer Saffron Walden Hockey Club a place in the 2022-3 cohort commencing in September 2022.
We are really looking forward to working closely with you and supporting you and the club over the coming months.
This is great news for the Club and the junior section in particular as it is recognition of the progress we have made with the coaching of our juniors and the high standards that we have achieved over the past few years
The accreditation and the on-going commitment to maintain standards will require a lot of hard work, so if you have some time and would like to help please let me know
